CAPECAST ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb and project details. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send. We do not collect more than we need to respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, fulfil orders and arrange delivery. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We may share limited information with delivery partners or suppliers strictly where needed to complete your order. We require them to keep it confidential and use it only for that purpose.
How we protect it
We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to safeguard your information and keep it only for as long as necessary to serve you or to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or object to its use. To do so, email info@capecast.co.za.
