Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to quotes, orders and supply of CAPECAST products.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability and confirmation at the time of order. Prices may change without notice. Unless expressly stated, quotes exclude delivery, which is charged according to location and load.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once accepted by CAPECAST and the required deposit or payment is received. Manufactured-to-order and made-to-order items are produced only against a confirmed, paid order and are non-refundable once production has begun.
Product variation
CAPECAST products are cast from concrete and are a natural product. Variation in colour, texture, shade and minor dimensions is normal and is not a defect. We recommend ordering all material for a project in a single batch and viewing a physical sample before ordering. Efflorescence (a natural surface bloom) may occur and typically weathers off over time.
Delivery & collection
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods on arrival and note any shortage or damage on the delivery note; claims must be reported within 48 hours.
Returns
Standard, undamaged stock items may be returned within 7 days by arrangement and may be subject to a handling fee. Made-to-order items, copings cut to size and special colours are non-returnable.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that meet their stated specification. We are not liable for installation workmanship, ground preparation or any loss arising from incorrect laying, which should be carried out by a competent installer.
